Affiliate Disclosure

The short version: some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a paid plan, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price you would pay going to the vendor directly. No company has ever paid us to be ranked higher, and none can.

Which programs we participate in

We apply to affiliate programs that are open to publishers, and we only join programs whose products we would write about anyway. At the time of writing we publish articles covering these products, and we are either participating in or applying to their referral programs:

• ServiceTitan (official referral program)
• FieldPulse (LinkMink)
• Simpro (Partner Network)

Other products we mention — Workiz, Kickserv, FieldEdge and others — may be covered editorially whether or not an affiliate relationship exists. Where we are not in an affiliate program, CTA buttons are labelled as plain vendor links so you always know which is which.

How affiliate links are marked

Affiliate links on this site are marked up with rel="sponsored nofollow", which is the standard machine-readable signal for a paid link, and they open in a new tab. Affiliate CTA boxes also carry a visible line telling you that the link is an affiliate link.

What commissions never influence

• The prices we print. We publish the vendor's own numbers, with the date we checked them.
• The order of our rankings and shortlists.
• Which "cons" we list. If a product is expensive, capped at a low user count, or missing a feature its competitors include, we say so — whether or not it pays us.
• Whether a product appears at all. Plenty of tools we cover do not have an affiliate program.

FTC compliance

This disclosure is intended to satisfy the US Federal Trade Commission's guidance on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent requirements in other jurisdictions. Every page that carries affiliate links shows a disclosure above the content, not buried in the footer.

How to avoid the affiliate link

You can always bypass our links: search for the software by name and go straight to the vendor's website, or contact the vendor's sales team directly. Nothing on this site changes the price you will be quoted.

Corrections

If a price, plan or feature we describe is out of date, tell us athello@bestfieldservicesoftware.com and we will correct it and update the "prices checked" date on the page.
